I am 34 5'0" and 123 lbs and have 3 kids all boys 11,12 and 1yr old love them! I am trying to lose these last ten infuriatingly stubborn pounds. I am easy going energetic and love to hike, dance, go bowling and enjoy time with my family. I am active but not athletic I am horrible at sports and anything to do with coordination ha but I'm a great cheerleader. I'm just here to get some motivation and encouragement to stay fit and healthy and speak with others who want the same :)

update: 10/14/11 I reached my goal mainly through the INSANITY program! wish I would have found it sooner now I'm at 109 and pretty darn well toned living a happy healthy lifestyle :) LIFE IS GOOD

for me INSANITY has been a great way to get past the plateau I was in. Plus I love the challange. I finally see the results!! After this program (and for the maintenance phase) I will go back to weight lifing but I will certainly use the dvds for cardio days. I'm just happy that something is finally working for me in shedding those last few stubborn pounds Very Happy oh and you can probably find it on craigs list or KSL for way cheaper Wink and if you need the schedule I would be happy to email it to you.

Is the spike day...
does it mess things up if you alternate between 1 spike day & 2 spikes days with more low days?
