So I have 2 scales and they report 2 weights. Is it wrong to always pick the lower weight? :)
I am feeling motivated about eating less, eating smart and working out. I just need it to go into the weekend. WE have yardwork planned and it is so easy to come in and have delivery for dinner (no healthy options in our delivery zone!)

If you do that, you are basically playing head games with yourself, lol. It's best to pick one scale as your "official" weigh-in scale because different scales get different readings because of calibration and the floors they are on.

Thanks Suzi! I know I need to pick one. I use to use the one all the time and then it started acting crazy for a couple of days.
