Meal Planning
Planning ahead is the way to go! I find it helps to do a full week because then I only buy at the grocery store what I plan eating. I don't have anything around to tempt me and I save money! I get bored quickly and eat out a lot. I started using this site because it was a recommended app on my smart phone. Good luck on your journey!

Blowing it on the Weekends
That's a hard one. I am influenced by my friends too and do that a lot as well. I have been a little better lately by meal planning and calculating the calories of a drink into my daily intake. I think you should do the Swing dancing.

Meal Planning
Hello,

I find my best way to keep track of my diet is to plan my meals than adjust to what I actually ate. By having the plan, I have the groceries in house and it helps prevent me from making bad decisions. However, the site only lets you put a couple days in a head time and it only lets you add recipes for tomorrow. Can that be adjusted? I really like the site but I really need to meal plan to be sucessful.

Thank you,
Becca
