want to weigh 138 when we return from hilton head on 7/18. want 138 to be my heaviest part of the day weight. want to weigh 135 by my doctors appt on august 6.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
