Didnt do Callanetics yesterday but did work in the cold weather garden . Didnt get to bed until 2:30 am this morning, bet that has something to do with wieght fluctuation... sleeepy
136.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
