A good chunk of weight gain today. Today, I blame me. I went home early from work, and cancelled my music teaching job. My back was hurting, I was tired, and I was in a bad mood. Also, I was HUNGRY.
I decided that I wanted pizza for dinner, and I had it. I was fully aware that I had way too many calories, and I just need to work them off. That's fine, I can live with that.
I have to say though, that it was a really good pizza, it satisfied my craving and I stopped before the whole thing was gone. Also, it wasn't so good as I would want it again.
Weigh-in is even whackier than it should be because of this, as pizza is still passing through my system, so there is a lot of extra weight on board.
Back in the saddle - today we do it right, weight will be lost in no time. Life is good. :)
255.5 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like me, i had pizza too days in a row. I however did not enjoy it and went back to my emotional eating and was dissapointed that one i did it and it didnt even taste good. But back on track as well. as long as we get back on track i guess all is good. Have a good one!

I am definitely back. Threw out the quarter leftover pizza, and tonight is salmon filet and roasted vegetables. MUCH better. :)
