No time to work out this past week. also with the fires going on things have been hectic. Been eating real well though. I increased my daily RDI because I go over it often with all the fruit I eat. Based on Fatsecret's estimation I should have an RDI of 2800 Cals to lose 1 lb a week, based on my activity level and age. I'm still below that by 400. My RDI was 2000 & now it is 2400.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
