Only got two workouts in this week. That and being starved to death on Tuesday at a seminar and then only having hot dogs, sausage, & other junk available to eat. Total intake went over a few time this week, but aside from Tuesday, it was all fruit & vege carbs. That doesn't bother me When my good carbs are high. I eat a ton of fruit everyday. Especially since I've been riding again. I am pleased with where I'm at. 200 lbs is perfect for me! I only want to get to 190 so I can have that 10 lb cushion to play with.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
