I haven’t weighed in, in quite a while! I was a bit nervous to after holiday craziness. I still stayed very mindful of portion sizes, but absolutely didn’t deny myself of anything ☺️❤️ I still want to lose another 5-7 lbs, but I’m so so happy with my maintenance and lifestyle! I saw my adult daughter over Christmas for the first time in over 2 years(thanks to Covid!!). I was nearly 40 lbs heavier when she saw me last. She’s seen me at 105 and she’s seen and 165 and all areas in between. She said “mom!! I’ve never seen you look healthier than you do right now!” and I love that she said “healthier”, not “thinner”. I feel healthy. Inside and out. I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season ❤️❤️

130.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb. Still to go: 5.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

That's just awesome! I love your daughter's reaction. I had a similar experience with my daughter last year the first time she saw me after my weight loss. She actually cried! I think our kids worry about us when they see us in an unhealthy state, but don't want to say anything that might hurt our feelings.
