Weighed in a gain today just because I wanted to post a number under 169. Bouncing between 9 and 10 is annoying so breaking into 8 is meaningful for me. Keep the downward momentum up.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
