I haven't weighed in a couple weeks, and I just started at the gym again. Hopefully, i'll see a loss next week! It feels good it be back on track!!
252.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
