Woke up today and was excited to weigh in only to be disappointed. Haven't lost...haven't gained. Yeah that is still a good thing but I was hoping to have lost since I have been fairly good on eating and working out this whole week. Oh well. I cannot let this dampen the pride I feel when I can say I have been working out consistently and the fact that when I press into my stomach, I can feel those nice, strong hidden abs. I just need to keep up the hard work.
