I have been up for awhile but I haven't done my AM Yoga still. I will do it. I haven't been feeling too well today so it's slow goings. Not sure what is going on but my guts don't feel too great right now. I will get it done though. I need to do the abs challenge as well. I also think I really need to go into the doctor about this coughing I have had for several months now. I believe I have chronic bronchitis. Anyhow...not much to update at this moment in time.

Day 10 Summary
*Oil Pulling: I ended up doing this fairly late in the day but I still got it done. Better late than never since I hadn't eaten by the time I did it.

*MIF-Cardio/Strength/Yoga (another source): I am still not sure why working out in the evening seems to be so difficult for me but it is. I need to try harder to get that PM Yoga done!
-MIF-Cardio/Strength: Today is a rest day from MIF.
