I'm realizing that i always spike around my period. if i could keep that in check, id lose faster.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most women go up every month. Not much you can do about it. Drink extra water. Eat water laden fruits like watermelon. You know it's not fat, so it's basically something you just have to deal with.
