weight is again flat vs yesterday.
which is 1kg up vs last week for no apparent reason.

I'm working on adding more fiber to my diet via flax and soy products.

This random weight gain is starting to peeve me massively. next week should in theory be tom which I know will not help the situation. This has been overall a very unstable month.
136.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We all have those gains. Maybe you had too much sodium. Maybe your body hormones are shifting early from change in diet. If you know you are on plan, then you know it's water weight (even if it's frustrating).. Not much you can do about it. Stay hydrated and on plan and push through it.

Thanks Suzi! Something for sure is going on but I just can't put my finger on it. Its strange being I thought I was finally getting a bit of stability. I also thought the sodium but then it can't be for this long... I'm so hydrated that there can't possibly be any salt left in my body. Normally around TOM I add about a kilo, but thats normally in TOM not before hand. Typically my body actually drops prior, then I have the gain. As a woman I always think its probably just my body out of whack.

I just keep thinking the pipes are back up. No matter how much we think our system is clean there is always something more hanging on.

Here is another idea, for TOM, i take water pills to help w/ cramps but also this also helps with the bloating and water weight gain. Take them about 3-4 before TOM.

Thank you for your comments :) Sorry I am replying so late. The week was getting so stressful for me that I decided not to get on the scale for a while. Since then my weight has dropped back to "normal" and my body is feeling better which is great. But... I have decided that I'm going to cut out all atkins products for the time being. Also Chia seeds & Flax. I have a feeling those didn't help the situation. Just going to keep it simple, eat real food :) Oh...and quest bars :) If my weight stays stable I will slowly try to add a bit of yogurt back and see what impact that has.
