oh my goodness 😯. this SUCKS
144.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens…just don’t let it trip you up.

I lose 5 to 7 pounds a week and typically gain back 1 to 3 pounds over the weekend.
