can't believe scale has moved two days in a row!
174.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1339 kcal Fat: 95.28g | Prot: 63.02g | Carb: 72.11g.   Breakfast: butter, boursin cheese, MIM Muffin in a Minute, raspberries,  coffee grounds, whipped cream cheese, half half. Lunch: mushrooms cooked, broccoli, yellow pepper, avacado, Vegetarian Cabbage and Mushroom Soup. Dinner: chicken. Snacks/Other: whipped cream, sugar free jello. more...
