Firstly, I woke entirely way too early. Topping that, I think I am getting sick. I feel it all in the back of my throat. It actually hit me last night which was why I didn't work out last night but I was hoping it wasn't so. Either way, I am going to have to push through it. Hopefully this week will go better than last. My car goes in on the 8th so I can have a working vehicle again and I am praying that my...guests will be leaving this week and then I can resume some sense of normalcy. What makes it even harder is that apparently, me, my bf and my older daughter are the only ones who know how to clean up after ourselves. Needless to say, my place is trashed and it drives my ocds into overdrive. It's hard...but again, trying to remain zen.

Anyhow, I am proud that I have lost some weight. Little steps closer to my goal. I have joined a challenge that will be just that...a challenge to me though I have to alter it a bit. It is the Nothing to eat after 700 pm. I have to make that apply to after dinner because with my guests, they eat later than I would like. I always had dinner around 6-630 pm. Anyhow, I joined this challenge mainly because when I was sleeping longer into the day, I stayed up later and picked up on the bad habit of just snacking a lot into the night. So now is the perfect time to break that habit. My mantra for this week will be "I can do this." Lol!
