Not exercising as I should. Busy week working 10.5 and 11 hour days at work. I will make up for it during the weekend. I'm off tomorrow thru Sunday so I'll work out twice a day Friday and Saturday and once on Sunday. It's a plan. ALL is WELL still. Be Blessed!
162.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Its been a tough week to get a workout in.. Atleast you're resisting food.. I was proud of u last night with your veggies.. I saw you eye balling ur hubbys plate.. :-)

I wish I had more motivation to exercise. I can eat right without TOO much stress, but exercising? Blah.
