Expected loss: 2.3 lbs
Actual loss: 4.0 lbs

Was good this week, but 4 lbs? Very surprising. Regardless, only about 8 lbs to go!
160.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think that's exactly. South Beach is a good program, but I think what's dropping the weight is PDFF. Though I may be disappointed on my next weigh-in on Sunday. I checked yesterday (which I never do) and I'm up 3 lbs. Couldn't say why, but hopefully by Sunday I'll be somewhat better.
