Morning weigh in of 217.4. Was up five times last night to pee, so body still shedding that extra water from the carb overload of last weekend/early week. Weight lifting today and targeting a 1000 calorie deficit.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 107.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
