Down again by about 3/4 of a pound. I'm glad to see this. Every step is important.
233.4 lb Lost so far: 103.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Rune! It still looks like a lot of mountain to climb, but I am getting there. People keep telling me that I'm looking good, but the mirror in the gym (not to mention the mirror at home) keeps reminding me of how much I have left to do before I get to a proper equilibrium state.
