32 weeks on 'The Diet!' I've lost 46.4 lbs, which is an average of 1.5 lbs/wk. I'm down 23% of my starting body weight, and I've lost 73% of my goal weight-loss.

That is outstanding. You definately have made a good lifestyle change. It is hard to make that step and you are running with it. I noriced you have issues with water retension. I do as well due to Hypertension. You might try natural diuretics like the following I googled for you. You can just google natural diuretic food and you will see oodles of stuff. Last week wasn't good for me, but it wasn't good for the other girl either, cuz she had an abcess on her leg. I think i'm still in the running. I've kinda changed my outlook on it, though. I was trying to avoid any muscle development cuz muscle is heavier. BUT, I dont want to be a flabby weak little twig, and my health is the main goal, so this week i plan on starting wii active again for the muscle toning, etc. If i win, then great, if not, i will still be a healthier me. :-)

Tone is good. The thing I read alot is to get tone versus heavy muscle is lighten the weights on weight training and up the cardio. It increases fat burn and doesn't build bulky muscle. Good luck in the Biggest Loser. Bet you win.
