I am feeling a bit better, although not 100%. However I have tentatively started becoming more active. My eating has not waned although I did not keep up with my diary ... I feel great about my shrinking body. I will catch up with everyone's diary over the next few days.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
