The scale said 172 this morning. I have never been able to get past 173. Everytime I got to 173 I would manage to go back up. FINALLY! YAY.
Yesterday I biked 10km and went to Bodyflow class.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
