Well...another week of the 3-day diet under my belt. The drop this morning is surprising given the slight increase yesterday but who knows why. I will monitor the next 4 days and see if the scales start to climb again. I am going back to calorie counting for those 4 days and keeping it around the 1300. Easter weekend...this could be a challenge. Also need to refocus on the water challenge. 64 ounces isn't that much in the greater scheme of things ... but for someone who isn't crazy about the taste of water it is a lot. I use a Brita...can't handle that stuff straight from the tap and I am not a lover of real cold water...just room temp works for me. Well another day begins.
