Today is the first day after the 3 day diet ends and I am up .2. I attribute that to the 3 glasses of wine I had at my Mum's last night. Same thing happened last week. Although it is a nice long weekend I think I will pay extra attention to what goes into my mouth and see if I can get back down and perhaps drop a few more 10ths over the weekend. Now that would be an accomplishment for me. Weekends are always hardest.
146.3 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
