Senior Carnage's Journal, 05 June 2009

Wow I can't believe I lost this much weight this week.. I ate nothing but low calorie foods and ate about every 2-3 hours.. And I'm 9 days sober.. So doing all of this has really kicked my diet in.. God is great!
384.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
