back to curves. happy to see they still remember me...hehe. that place is great. they measured me today. the girl couldnt believe how smaller i am. she asked if i lost a lot of weight... oh yeah!
back to allbran too. i can handle milk carbs... weight loss is gradual but month to month steady. i will give myself a gift if i stick to 3 times per week from now to the end of april. new gym oufit... cool
151.5 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
