kindof stuck :( the weighing scale just moved up a little bit instead of down.. hate the plateau stage!! i hope it passes soon!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Make sure you are tracking all your food honestly. Sometimes we start to slack a little and it shows on the scale. Drink your water. Get plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch the processed foods (a lot of sodium). Kick up your exercise plan.
