[i]Weighed this morning - maintained 211. I can live with that, as long as the scale moves down next week a pretty good clip! Can already feel my abs seem tighter (can't see definition yet, but just the overall feeling). The short term goal is not to have too many alterations on my wedding gown. My upper body will need to really tone up -- thus for the majority of the Sculpt pushup section, I am challenging myself to do a standard push-up...no knees! I can do about 8 of them--still building up my arm strength--and I'm not lowering myself all the way to the floor yet. It is good to see that I can lower myself some...more than I could when I started the challenge. The challenge next week is to do one more push-up than I did the week before.

At the office early this morning to hopefully catch up on some paperwork that has been stranded, since the engagement/wedding planning jump started.
