Survived Thanksgiving. My splurge was dressing with gravy and some wine. I had a dinner out in the middle of the week where I thought I was careful. It increased my weight worse than the weekend. So, kind of okay with this weekly weigh in.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
