JovialJ's Journal, 04 April 2014

Well, I have a new pair of shoes with support for the plantar fascia. I am beginning again to add walking to my routine. I am looking forward to moving more. It's funny how much difference there is in weight when weighing in at different times of the day. It is all good though to note that I can have as much as a 4 pound fluctuation depending on the time of day, salt intake and how much exercise was done. Sometimes I get tired of being so aware of the factors that encourage weight loss but that is what's working. I know that I am so much more patient with the process these days than any weight loss attempts of the past. :) J.

The best time to weigh is right after you get up in the morning and before you've had coffee and drank a big glass of water. did you know that an 8 ounce glass of water actually weighs 8 ounces? so if you have a glass of water and a cup of coffee and then go weigh you will be a pound heavier. Weigh once in the morning, then stay off the scale the rest of the day. good to see you are down some more.
