I reevaluated my diet recently and I'm proud to say that the results have been near instantaneous. Carefully recording my calories, doing a lot of HIIT cardio and just ensuring that I stay far away from anything processed (besides Cheerios... I can't give them up) has really boosted both my energy levels and my drive to succeed. I've shed more than four pounds in less than a week and I haven't done anything insane like starving myself or killing myself on the treadmill. I'm looking forward for my kettlebell workouts to start next week so I can keep burning the fat and maybe stack on some more muscle.

Thanks to the people who clicked support and to you as well, Rob! It's one of my favorite quotes and is one of the main reasons for why I started getting back in shape and why I came back to FS. I hope I'll be seeing you hit the 200 lbs mark soon.
