Well , I havent been back for over a week , last week at ww weigh in I was disappointed , I didnt lose anything ! I didnt gain either , so that was good , but it was only my third week , anyway I lost 3.6 this week. I know it was the excersize that did it , I really kicked that in this week. Somedays worked out in the morning and then walked at lunch or in the evening , I know that always helps.
