I'm really excited about hitting this weight, as I have not seen 228 in 8 years when I first joined FS. This time around I have found what works for me and I know I can keep on track and stay the course.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
