Have been 97% following my eating plan. Cheated a few times with some all natural ice cream. Now sticking to reduced calorie real fruit bars,30 calories a piece and stops the craving for sweets. Blood sugars have been pretty good mostly keeping under 150. A few times had to many carbs and it went higher but still under 200. Had Doctors appointment for follow up on my INR lab work (to check on blood thinner levels). With diet switch and eating more veggies had to up the medication amount. Got a really nice surprise. Last month my weight was 306 at the visit, Yesterday it was 193. So happy wanted to dance. Joined a Gym on Wednesday but haven't been able to go as Hubby got sick and I don't drive do to a medical problem. Hope he gets better soon. I want to swim and use the hot tub till I lose more weight then want to do some weight training and take a few toning classes. Wish me luck. will write again after the next office visit weigh in.
