no wheat for me's Journal, 30 May 2014

Went from no wheat to high protein. Being very strict because when I was sick my weight went up because I ate to many carbs and drank juices. Went back up to 297.5 decided to get serious about this . seem to be on the right tract now will post again at next weight in.

291.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
