Well time to get back on plan. Enough of this out of control eating. Cleaning out my cabinets, refrigerator and pantry. If I don't have it in the house - I will not eat it!! The first few days are the worst - so hopefully I can plan everything out & keep a positive mind set.

New me by Sept!! But in order to do this - I MUST Stay on plan!! Sure would help if I had support from my family...but I know what will never happen. They support...me all right...WITH FOOD!! So I know this journey will be a solo journey - but if I want it bad enough I WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN!! IT IS TIME FOR ME...THIS IS MY JOURNEY AND I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!

You can do this. It is all up to YOU. Just because family and friends offer you food - it does not mean you have to eat it. Once you can get through the beginning stages of changing your dieting habits you will see this will become so much easier. I wish you the best of luck. I am here for support if you need me :)

I was completely off plan the last 2 weeks and gained 6.5 lbs. I am rededicating myself to Atkins today. We can do this!!

I totally understand the non supportive family. My husband is one of those who can eat anything and never gain an ounce while I just smell something and gain. He refuses to give up his chips and ice cream so they are still in my house. He is continously offering me things and even buying me foods I won't eat. I tell him time and time again that I don't want it and to stop wasting money on food I'm not eating. After my first month, it became so much easier to say no. I believe that you can do it too. Just keep thinking about what YOU want and do it for YOU. As the saying goes, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels."
