I did another half-hour at the gym yesterday. I'm feeling very virtuous. With luck I can do another today. Little by little, I'm getting the ounces off.
236.6 lb Lost so far: 100.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
