Feeling really good today...
great workout this morning....
clothes feeling looser.... loving it....making it easier to stick with it.
Have a few buddies for motivation which is also a plus.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
