How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every morning as soon as I wake up... it goes up and down daily, but I log my weight on my weekly weigh in day. Some days its discouraging but keeps me on track.

Weighing in ideas?
I have been weighing myself everyday. Just started WW last week again, so right now I have to see the daily results. Right now wouldn't be able to last a week.....Must be working cause 2 people asked me today if I was losing weight and they don't even know I am trying..... GOOD FEELING
