I don't feel bad about being over my RDI- have it set for weight loss right now, but am not aiming to actually lose weight. Have been crazy hungry because of marathon training, and have been making reasonable choices. :)
137.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
