Maintaining now is good as the next 7 pounds can come as slowly as they would like. I am now comfortable with eating only 1800 calories which is my break even point when not exercising more than just my physical job.
I just changed my goal weight from 190 to 183. Unfortunately, that also changed all the color bars on my weight history chart. I was just admiring the pattern that I could see in the weight reduction, but now that is all different.
