I have to say, that I must have been in very bad place, for the past few years. I am losing weight with minimal exercise (which I will pick on soon), and it's all because I've changed my eating habits. I've been doing this for 7 weeks now and have lost 21 pounds and wish I had kept up with measuring inches, because things I haven't worn ever are fitting now. I am big all around, but have noticed that the main problem is my abdominal area. There is still so much of it, for my height. Its coming off though; little by little. I so much more energetic now. Always been an active person, but have now picked up that activity and that helps me burn calories. I take things downstairs or upstairs, one thing at time, just to do that stepping. Lovely people out there, I am a 60 year old woman, but I do not feel 60 and refuse to act 60. Maybe I'll do a little flash-dancing at home today. :)
