My weight has been sort of steady through out the past week until today. I'm happy how the weight is dropping and I feel great. Some of my pants seem to fit better too. I've got a stack of nice slacks on a shelf that I'll try on when my weight goes below 160.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
