For the past 3weeks I have been eating horribly! I’m not sure why I've been such a glutin for punishment on myself... Today I'm trying to stay focus. I've gained 6lbs from my lowest weight and I want it off!!! I’m supposed to be going down not up!!! I'm gonna do it! I pain on losing all the weight I gained last week this week!!! I can and will do it!!!

204.6 lb Lost so far: 87.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

yes you can do it. You should also see why you are eating horribly. Is something upsetting you are you eating out of boredom. Once you pit point it than you need to work on that habit so you will get to the goal you want.

I think it's totally out of greed!!! Unfortunately I love love love chocolate. This is my number one weakness. It's the snacking that's do me in...

Carline I'm still a work in progress but I have found what helps me is to acknowledge the "love love love" you have for chocolate then focus on the *harm* it brings to you when you overindulge it. For example- I really love love love chocolate BUT I can't seem to just indulge a little. When I over eat chocolate I undo all the good I've accomplished in my diet goals.Etc...doing this allows our BRAIN(the part of our body that tells every other part of our body what to do)to relate NEGATIVE signals each time we think of chocolate,then our "love love love" gets tamed down to where it's easier for us to resist the urge. The opposite works too. I used the same principals in reverse with water. I use to hate drinking water but when I focused on all the good that comes from drinking it I NOW "love love love" drinking water!!!
