So far its not been a good weekend diet-wise. Went to a friend's yesterday for a St. Patrick's Day get-together, and was met with some high-calorie, high sodium foods. Friday night the boyfriend and I got lazy as far as dinner plans and ordered Chinese (more sodium and calories).


So. I don't think the weigh-in this week is quite accurate....I feel like part of it is water retention from all the salt of the weekend, but we'll see.

Exercise has been going well. Used the last two days to spend an hour rather than my normal half an hour working out.

Wednesday I head out to Denver to meet up with a couple college friends. Never been out that way, so it should be a good time.
