Day 42. No change, considering I haven't been keeping a close watch on the quality of my food intake, and logging it in.....I'm actually relieved that my weight has stayed the same.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
