Daughter fixed Orange Chicken and fried chicken dumplings. umum good! Loads of carbs. Then I ate a chocolate muffin to top the carbs and sugar off. Ugh!!
222.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 74.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
